Hyperius' Palace
Only a man as vain as Hyperius Tiamus Dominus could name the capital of his domain after himself. Hyperius' Palace was a spectacular city, with nearly every surface covered in aureate leaf. Hyperius' Palace also linked to the surface of the ocean via a wide, beautiful, ornate spiral staircase. Hence, the sailors who made their way to Hyperius' Palace's docks were always sure to see the Imperator's majestic floating city. Of course, Hyperius' Palace was built at the expense of the citizens of the Cloudlands, leaving many Cloudwellers in poverty across the rest of the kingdom.
The city was built swiftly in 259 DHT, following the Legion of Thunder's takeover of the Cloudlands.
